		My main tasks are to perform research and teaching in the areas of computer and network security, wireless and mobile device security and digital forensics. In addition to these tasks, I also undertake consulting work, which mostly consist of conducting computer and network vulnerability assessments (CNVA) on critical infrastructure providers.
		</GeneralInformation>
		<ResearchInterests>
		My current main research focus is digital and computer forensics. Current projects include the investigation of hard drive erasure and erasure tools, development of national competency standards for digital forensic practitioners, and aiding in the development of the SIMPLE tool. Another current focus is the LIaRS tool, developed to assist in the recovery and return of stolen laptops and other computers. Other research interests include grid computing, digital forensics (BitTorrent forensics), 802.11 wireless denial of service attacks, and locating / tracking RFID tags.
		Other research interests include salinity and Australian plant species, and the use of technology to aid in the investigation of the physiology and ecology of Australian plants.
